2022 Middle School Combine

  • Do not use auto-fill to populate the information in the form. You will not be able to successfully click  the submit button.
  • The first section Name and Contact information is for the person/parent/guardian completing the form, there is a separate section for the participant.
  • Also make sure to complete all fields that are required, they have a asterisk* next to the field title.
  • After you complete the form and hit the submit button, a successful submission notice will show at top of screen and you will need to scroll back to the top of screen to complete part 2- payment information.

Please note: After successfully submitting the form, please scroll to the top of the page to complete the payment- “Pay with card” option. You will see “success” a link to receipt and receive an email/text.

This Middle School Combine gives young football players an opportunity to showcase your talent and learn techniques and fundamentals from the DeMatha coaching staff! Working on drills with DeMatha players, listening to special guest speakers, and earning prizes through competition are just a few things that make this event one you don’t want to miss!

  • Check-in: 4:30pm-5pm (Onsite Registration is available)
  • 5pm-7pm On-field sessions/athletic testing
  • $25 per player (Pre-Register). We encourage you to register online.

  • Laser Vertical Jump
  • 5-10-5 Drill
  • Broad Jump
  • Shuttle Drill

Combine participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Event Organizers are not responsible for missing cell phones, headphones, electronics, athletic equipment or other participant belongings.
